Suhoor Ideas for Super Strong Kids

Dear Muslim Kids,

Assalamualaikum!

The Prophet () told us, in a hadith, that

“The Suhoor is a meal of blessings, so do not leave it, even if one of you just takes a gulp of water, as Allah (ﷻ) sends mercy and His angels seek forgiveness for those who take Suhoor.”

Aside from the amazing blessings in it, eating Suhoor that is well-balanced and full of healthy nutrients, will fuel you up to worship Allah (ﷻ) all day long InshaAllah!

We know it’s difficult to eat so early in the morning, so try different things to keep it interesting!
